Day 8: Eight Minutes of Meditation

Day 8 of the Course: Today we make a connection with our body during our meditation sitting. We relax the body. And honor this temple that we have. We also continue on relaxing the mind through our breath. We learn that a stressed mind equals a stressed body. By relaxing the mind, we naturally vitalize the body.
