Day 6 of the Gratitude Course:
Too often we are focused on a body or health image we'd like to attain. We don't take the time to find aspects of our body and health that we're truly grateful for. This puts us in a state of mind of lack.
In today's meditation, we choose one aspect of our body we are grateful for. And we also choose one aspect of our body/health we envision for our future. We feel the gratitude and allow ourselves to feel the abundance.
