Day 18: Eighteen Minutes of Meditation

Day 18 of the Course: We learn the small acts we do during our meditation practice make a profound difference in our lives. By not judging our thoughts, we judge ourselves less when we open our eyes. By keeping the meditation discipline, we become more disciplined in our day-to-day life. We strengthen our Being, the essence of who we truly are.
