Day 15: Fifteen Minutes of Meditation

Day 15 of the Course: Today will conclude the forgiveness part of our meditation. We learn to lean deeper into high vibration emotions such as love, compassion and peace. These emotions help us rise above any situation and any person's negativity. No matter the circumstance, we always have a choice... We can either be defined by someone's harm or we can see the light past the harm and raise ourselves up. The choice and the power is in our hands.
