Day 11: Eleven Minutes of Meditation

Day 11 of the Course: Today and the next four days we will move into the topic of forgiveness. True forgiveness is an act of self-interest. It's a release from toxicity. We cannot move deeper into our peace until we have released negativity. If you feel discomfort or pain at any time during these five days, breathe into your emotions. This is your time to heal. We cannot heal by ignoring or numbing our emotions. We dissolve our pain by actually sitting with them. Presence is the most powerful asset we have to dissolve the past and move into the new.
