Day 10 of the Gratitude Course:
Everything in our life begins with us. Our external life reflects how we feel internally - the way people treat us and also our life circumstances. Self-love becomes an important form of love. 

In today's meditation, we choose 2 aspects of ourselves we're currently grateful for. And we choose 2 aspects of our life we'd like to manifest for our future.
