Michelle Donelan MP questioning the Employment Minister Priti Patel MP about how we can develop specific strategies to help areas that have very low levels of unemployment but have proportionally high levels of long term unemployment. This is a problem in the Chippenham constituency and we need to develop plans to help our people back into work by really addressing the causes of their unemployment and tackling them, not the symptoms.
