December can feel so jammed packed full of energy.\\xa0 As we move towards the time of year where the day is the least amount of light, we are urged to go inward.\\xa0 We feel the shadow within. \\xa0 It\\u2019s a time of reflection and hope as we dream of a better or different future.\\xa0 It\\u2019s a chance to end something, and begin something else, or decide to continue just where we are.\\xa0 We make promises to ourselves, set intents.\\xa0 We make decisions, declarations, and promises. Some of you may be trying to use up all your vacation time, while others wished they had more.\\xa0 We bounce between tires and excited and many are looking forward to the holidays and time with friends and family \\u2013 others may not. \\xa0 Some may not have a place to go or want to escape the hustle the bustle and pressure that can come at this time of year. \\xa0 Not everyone looks forward to this time of year.\\xa0 \\xa0 The planets push us to end and close out and this year the energy is more serious to get moving, complete and be practical and real \\u2013 so it\\u2019s a different energy. \\xa0 What's is the Winter Solstice and the impact of FIVE planets in Capricorn.\\xa0 Listen as Laurie explains and leaves us with a Mantra of light.\\xa0
