Do you believe you can neither create nor destroy energy - rather, you transmute it? In physics classes, students are taught that energy is always conserved. When a billiard ball thwacks another, the energy of that first ball\\u2019s motion is divvied up. Some go into the second ball\\u2019s motion, some generate sound or heat, and some energy remains with the first ball. But the total amount of energy remains the same \\u2014 no matter what. The same goes for momentum. This same principle is the same wherever you go in the cosmos.

We neither contract nor expand our energy \\u2013 we always ARE and have access to all forms of energy, but we ebb and flow and TYPE of energy changes.\\xa0 It\\u2019s like breathing \\u2013 sometimes you take small, simple breaths, and other times you take deep breaths. Sometimes you need more air than other times. Sometimes we need to access different energy than others.\\xa0
This is a time where the cosmos provides the opportunity to transmute energy.\\xa0
