Edward Hersey Richards wrote the following poem: \\xa0
A wise old owl lived in an oak the more he saw the less he spoke.
The less he spoke the more he heard now wasn't he a wise old bird.

Are you like that wise old bird, listening more and speaking less? \\xa0 Sometimes it feels as if we've become a society of answers - We have this need to KNOW, or to HAVE all the answers.\\xa0 In the age of information, we become unable to just be without knowing, and we've grown an expectation for immediate response. \\xa0

The universe is always listening to us and answering.\\xa0 We are always in conversation with the energy of the universe.\\xa0 It is responding to our questions, our wishes our dreams. There is no void in the universe.\\xa0 In conversation some people are uncomfortable with silences and may feel the need to fill in with words.\\xa0 Fill the space. But we forget that the universe is space, and the universe also can fill in that place of silence and void.\\xa0 What if we talk less and listen more?
