Feeding your Emotional and Mental Bodies

Are you aware of how you are feeding your energy bodies? You may not be aware of the importance or that you can focus on what you provide your energy bodies. We feed our physical bodies, and through studies, experiences, and time, we've become aware of the impacts and the importance of what we provide our physical bodies. \\xa0
We know the causes and impacts of too much or too little of something - sugar,\\xa0 not enough vitamin D, too many carbs, not enough protein. Are eggs good or bad for us? We know the effects of sleep on our physical body \\u2013 too much or too little sleep. What happens when we fly and have jet lag? \\xa0 We even know the effects of stress or trauma on the body and the impacts of medicines. \\xa0 In all those studies, we are still learning, and we've learned along the journey that it's essential to continue studying, questioning, and testing. We are becoming more aware yet understand we have more to learn. Do we pay equal attention to what we provide to our emotional or mental bodies? Do we know the outcomes of what we feed and how we feed those bodies?
