Sometimes people hold a core belief that is very strong. When they are presented with evidence that works against that belief, the new evidence cannot be accepted. It would create a feeling that is extremely uncomfortable le, called cognitive dissonance. And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize, ignore and even deny anything that doesn't fit in with the core belief.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0 We're experience the growth of our soul during these gateways of November.\\xa0 A time of reflection and redirection - and that includes the accessing of that which we thought to be true. \\xa0 BIG shifts happen when we observe, recognize and allow the flow of the universe to help us correct our path.\\xa0

Why must we always think there is something wrong with us.\\xa0 That we have to fix, or heal something. \\xa0 This is true in many cases as we are healing old wounds but why look at life that there is always something wrong\\xa0 - vs looking at it that there is always something right.\\xa0 \\xa0 We don't have to always be happy, \\xa0 if we were always vibrating at such a high frequency of love and light - our human bodies would probably blow out - just like when we are constantly vibrating at low vibration we experience health issues.\\xa0 We need to have balance. \\xa0 It is unrealistic to believe we will always be happy. \\xa0 We have times and moments where the vibration drops -\\xa0 then we work to bring back into normal state again.\\xa0 \\xa0 We are not bad, we are no wrong, we are simply evolving the emotional states our our being and shifting.\\xa0
