We caught up with him to talk about his involvement with the SF Experience, where a small cadre of ex UK Special Forces (SF) soldiers are Directing Staff (DS) who challenge you to a series of 4 events which form part of the UKSF Selection process. Colin is also training to participate in amateur boxing matches between UK and US Special Forces.
