These challenging years caused her to push herself constantly and she later set out on trips to Peru and elsewhere to find healing. \\n\\nSophie is a former U.S. Army ordnance officer who graduated West Point and later deployed to Afghanistan in 2012-2013. She holds a Guinness World Record for the 'Fastest marathon in full military uniform' while raising funds for veterans with traumatic brain injuries, she's ran the Boston Marathon, has summited Mount Everest and Denali in Alaska, and traveled to North Korea to compete in the Pyongyang marathon, among many other things. Sophie transitioned out of the Army and then received her MBA from Wharton. She's traveled North America in her van-while advising Fortune 100 clients as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
