It is not enough to pray to God for the things we need, at times we also have to get involved.  You can pray to God for a job but don\'t expect to get a call if you have not filled out applications for work or have sent your resume to companies that are looking for workers, you have to send your information and let God help you get the right job that is for you.  The book of Matthew clearly tells us that we are to ask, seek and knock.
