Recap 15: Mary Leonard is selling chocolates curbside, Chocolat Celeste (ep 68)

Published: June 17, 2020, 10 a.m.

When we first talked to Mary Leonard in Season One, Episode 68, she was making her lovely chocolates at Chocolat Celeste in St Paul creating new techniques and flavor profiles.

With Covid19 stalling retail, Mary has moved to curbside chocolate sales for two of her biggest holidays, Mothers Day and Easter and is forging new relationships including Hope Chest for Breast Cancer. When you purchase a box of these special chocolates, $25 will go directly to the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer.  Mary's goal is to sell 600 boxes and give $15,000 to the Hope Chest.

When Mary was diagnosed with Breast Cancer she received a grant from the Hope Chest and this is her way of giving back.
