A Chat with Faisal Ahmed: Budokon

In this episode, Faisal and I talk about how his practice of martial arts, yoga, and Budokon work together in terms of shaping a person’s behavior, mindset, and overall attitude and perspective towards well-being.

Faisal Ahmed is a Mix Movement Athlete who is passionate about self-improvement and Martial Arts. Faisal started his journey at a young age in martial arts and adopted yoga practice to improve and recover from the intensity of his consistent training. He is currently a student and a teacher of movement in its variations, such as Martial Arts, Yoga, Calisthenics, and Animal Locomotion. With over 10 years of consistent practice in different Martial Arts styles he holds numerous belts in different systems including a 3rd Degree Black Belt. Faisal is also a certified Coach and Yoga Teacher, and he is the first Certified Budokon Instructor in Kuwait.
