One of the best ways to experience greater peace, happiness and wellbeing is to practice affirmation. In this session, we will use a variety of affirmations \u2013 some from Louise Hay, some from Shakti Sutriasa- to release anxiety, uncertainty and fear and assist you in returning to a place of wholeness, clarity and peace.
