How is your day going?\\xa0 Chris and I hit the beach with the boys for a few days last week, and it was a refreshing change of scenery for us.\\xa0 We had a chance to read and play and hang out together and it was just what we needed!\\xa0 One of the books we read on our two-day getaway is Addison Bevere\\u2019s\\xa0 Saints: Becoming More Than "Christians\\u201d.\\xa0 I gotta admit, the title had us a bit stumped, but the message within explained and inspired us so much that we decided to have him on the podcast!

Addison (son of Lisa & John Bevere), believes it is time to become more than just cultural Christians and start seeing and living as the saints that we are.\\xa0 Did you know that the word \\u2018Christian\\u2019 is only used three times in the New Testament, but the word \'Saint\' is used over sixty times?\\xa0 Paul starts almost every letter \\u2019To the saints\\u2026\\u2019 and that\\u2019s you and me! \\xa0"Saints is not just a name for dead people, it is meant to be our new identity that shapes our destiny.\\xa0 Saints are people who break down barriers between the secular and the sacred, and people who see the intersection of faith in everyday life". \\xa0
