Balance Your Business Chakras: Take a Holistic Approach to Your Sacred Business

When it comes to yourself or your clients, you likely think about everything you can possibly do to keep yourself healthy, balanced and whole. So why should your sacred business be any different?   When you start to use a holistic business approach, it opens your eyes to all of things that you can do for your business energetically. Of course having a really grounded approach to business, a really practical approach, is important. You need that solid foundation for success. But thinking about your business in terms of energy can provide a whole new perspective in the way you care for and treat it. I like to think of my business in terms of having its own chakras.  Then I ask myself, "How can I take a holistic business approach and keep my healing practice's chakras healthy?" Let’s take a look at the 7 Business Chakras, what they relate to, and how to keep them healthy and balanced so that you sacred business will thrive! Root Chakra: The root chakra creates the foundation for your business. It’s related to things like: Planning & strategy Bookkeeping & accounting Legal protections & insurance Accepting payments from customers Sacral Chakra: The sacral chakra is the emotional center of your business. It’s related to things like: Networking with colleagues Your connection to your customers Expressing the purpose, or BIG WHY, of your business Your creative influence (especially when it comes to your products & services) Solar Plexus Chakra: The solar plexus chakra is the mental powerhouse of your business. It’s related to things like: Making tough business decisions Delegating tasks & managing projects Scheduling appointments & ordering inventory Putting plans into action & implementing strategies Heart Chakra: The heart chakra is the part of your business that’s authentically you. It’s related to things like: Your business branding Your marketing message Staying true to your business vision Keeping your business aligned with your values & ethics Throat Chakra: The throat chakra is the communication center for your business. It’s related to things like: Customer service Finding your authentic business voice Connecting with vendors & colleagues Communicating with your customers by phone or email Third Eye Chakra: The third eye chakra is the intuition center of your business. It’s related to things like: Making gut decisions Following your inner guidance about business direction Understanding the bigger picture of your sacred business Looking for cues from the universe as they relate to your business Crown Chakra: The crown chakra is the cosmic connection between your business and the universe.
