Meet Carm

Carm refers to his early career life as "destiny." It was the "family business," so there was little question about what he would be doing after college graduation. Still, there was some inner drive that propelled Carm during his entire career. He made use of each step. When it came to his first big involuntary job loss, he experienced that familiar sense of losing what he'd known. He was thrown out of his "comfort zone" and forced to sink or swim. He chose to gather what he knew about himself (after many self and professional assessments) and put it to work for him. It's a great success story, one you will want to hear.
