2 Samuel 7:1-17 Today we conclude our fall covenant series with the fifth and last Covenant in the Old Testament. This one is the Covenant of David. One of the clearest lenses through which we can see the coming of Jesus, David was a child brought out of obscurity to save and unite the kingdom of Israel in grand and unexpected ways. As definitive as his anointing was, it’s also important to note the imperfect humanity that follows David throughout his life.
