Snakes

Exodus 6:28-7:13 Hopefully by this point in the series, Moses is looking less like a Renaissance statue or Charlton Heston in your mind. He should look more like...well, you. Stressed, tongue-tied, and feeling way out of his league. This was who God put before the oppressive enslaver of Moses's people and told to turn a staff into a serpent. The interaction here should teach us two things: God's power is evident through even the most unlikely of people, but don't discount the power of the Enemy. What happens when your opponent can make snakes, too?
