Staying Consistent Over the Weekend

You eat well during the week. You have a plan, you went grocery shopping and bought everything you need for the week. You followed your plan and are super proud of yourself and are feeling good in your body. You feel like you have more energy and your digestion has been better too. 


But then the weekend comes and you find yourself feeling out of control and overeating! It started on Saturday night when you went out to eat and overate your meal and had dessert. Then you went out for an after-dinner drink and that turned into 3 drinks. 


You felt so bad on Sunday (both physically and emotionally) that you said heck with it and overate again. You just snacked the whole day and didn’t have any vegetables, which you know would help your digestion. 


Sunday night comes around and you feel like you have ruined all of your progress. 


I know many of you struggle with this! I have struggled with it in the past and I help clients through this very issue.
