I always talk about mental health awareness and self care. I am feeling confident enough to continue that talk but this time around I reflect on "WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW WITH MYSELF". All that glitters does not glow. My prayer is that someone connects with this.  My idea is to be frank as possible about my own mental health and emotional state.
