Happy Hump Day Wonderlings! I'm Angela Bowen, the host of Looking Back On My Wonder Years: A Wonder Years Podcast. As a special treat, I’m releasing S6E5: Politics As Usual, which aired on October 21, 1992 a day early. In this episode Kevin gets jealous when Winnie starts devoting her time to a campaign to elect George McGovern and seems smitten with the charismatic older guy who is heading the campaign. Not gonna lie I rated this episode 2 our of five flower power petals. This particular episode wasn’t a favorite of mine, but I still had a fun time recording it and hope you enjoy it! Next week, Kevin gets himself in hot water when he lets it slip that he and Winnie did more than fall asleep together on the couch after a study session. While one's street cred as a stud skyrockets, another's reputation is amped up for all the wrong reasons. Can Winnie and Kevin's relationship survive this hiccup or momentary lapse in judgement? Find out in S6E6: White Lies which aired on October 28, 1992. In this episode When Kevin's parents go away on a trip, he decides to invite Winnie over for a "night of studying". After he and Winnie inadvertently fall asleep on the couch, Kevin tries to impress the guys in the locker room by implying to them that they slept together. Have a great week everyone and enjoy this Fall weather.
