The Wonder Years S6E1: Homecoming Airdate: September 23, 1992 In this episode as Homecoming season approaches at high school, Kevin contends with the local high school rivalries. Meanwhile, Wayne's friend Wart comes back from Vietnam. In this episode we met Kevin's new friend Jeff played by Giovanni Ribisi who opens Kevin's world to what it's like having divorced parents. Kevin also helps steal an owl mascot from a rivalry school, but then ends up setting it free. Poor Wart is the picture of a broken man as our hearts break for him upon his return home as he tries to re adjust to civilian life. I do gotta say Jason Hervey is definitely well defined shirtless. Next week, it's back to shenanigans as the Arnold Men take their tri annual fishing trip in S6E2: Fishing, which aired on September 30, 1992. In this episode The Arnold men embark on their tri-annual three-day fishing trip. While on the trip, it quickly becomes evident that Kevin and Wayne have outgrown the whole camping experience.
