Hey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Tea Time With Mr. Belvedere: A Mr. Belvedere Podcast. Heather along with Wesley are our characters for the Month for June. First up is S2E3: Cheerleader Airdate: October 11, 1985 Marsha objects to Heather being a cheerleader, but soon loosens up when she finds out that she herself was a cheerleader when she was much younger. Also in this episode Kevin, desperate for a date settles on Friday which happens to be the same night as Marsha’s birthday celebration. Wesley resorts to stealing a pen from the bank when he can’t afford a gift for his mom. That arcade next door was calling his name. Oh, Wesley. George ends up pulling a fast one on Belvedere as he takes the decidedly better birthday gift and passes it off as his own. While Belvedere’s gift leaves Marsha wide eyed and confused. Marsha projects her fears of failure onto Heather after she signs up to be a cheerleader. Since in Marsha’s eyes being a cheerleader means you’ll ruin your life.
