b'Hey Everyone,\\n\\nAngela Bowen here, the host of Looking Back On My Wonder Years: A Wonder Years Podcast.\\n\\nI decided to cover the 1993 movie The Secret Garden in honor of Earth Day.\\n\\nI really liked this movie as a kid and really admire it now as an adult it\'s beauty, the score, the visual effects are breathtaking and utterly stunning.\\n\\nI even took to naming Dickon\'s animals the ones he hadn\'t named. His horse I decided was Rainbow Magic, his ferret Splash and of course the little bird who leads Mary to the Secret Garden\'s entrance I dubbed him Mr. Chestnut because of his chestnut colored chest.\\n\\nI had fun hating on Mrs. Medlock (half the time I kept pronouncing it Matlock) who wouldn\'t hate that woman.\\n\\nMartha (Dickon\'s sister) such a sweetheart of a girl, between the two of them they bring Mary out of her shell.\\n\\nColin Craven Mary\'s bedridden cousin has believed all those around him (Mrs. Medlock and the other servants of the house) that he\'s going to die due to his premature birth and other "illnesses" they claim he has.\\n\\nMary\'s out to disprove all this bullshit they\'ve filled Colin\'s head with over his ten years of life and possible munchausen\'s syndrome (due to Medlock) as she tells him his mother\'s garden her (secret garden) is magic and Mary and Dickon prove that by getting him out in the air and leading to him taking his first ever steps in the garden. Also reuniting him with his father as well.\\n\\nThis movie will tug at your heart strings, maybe make you roll your eyes, possibly yell at the screen and hopefully lead to joyful tears just like Dickon who is bawling during Lord Craven and Colin\'s reunion.\\n\\nI hope you all enjoy my review and if you would like to request a movie, (mainly I cover 90\'s kid or family films, some 90\'s TV Movies and teen movies of the 90\'s)\\n\\nSend an Email to:\\n\\nlbomwonderyearspodcast@gmail.com\\n\\nStay Home, Stay Safe and Stay Positive!\\n\\nWe WILL Get Through This!'
