Abi Smith of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine discusses a new project linking professional support staff at the School with the eye clinic team at the Good Shepherd Hospital in Swaziland, and emphasises good organisation of health service systems as one of the most important ways of improving eye health.'
