Cut Calories Without Feeling Hungry

Today we have a quick show with some tips on allowing your body to feel full without making yourself hungry.\xa0
I also talk how I finally got under 212 (FINALLY).
We also talk about the opportunity clock instead of the alarm clock.\xa0
The tips are:
1. Drink a glass of water before the meal
2. Wear clothes that have buttons and such (no sweat pants) that help remind you to slow down
3. Use veggies to fill up on.
4. Make your plates and the color of your food have a high contrast.
5. Put the carps on the top (not the base)
6. S L O W \xa0 D O W N
7. Eat food that take some effort to eat
8. Don't eat from the bag
9. Eat some soup.\xa0
