She teaches the Energetics of nutrition and Food Therapy workshops in Yoga training and other events.\n\nKim spent over 16 years in Shanghai, 6 of which she co-owned China\u2019s first health food store & plant-based nutrition cooking studio. She also previously owned a small health food caf\xe9.\xa0\n\nKim loves intuitive cooking with seasonal varieties of vegetables, sea vegetables, natural foods, and applying the 5 Element theory.
