Thank God For My Hardship

Nehemiah 8:10 – Then Nehemiah the governor, Ezra the preist and teacher of the Law, and the Levites who were instructing the people said to them all, “This day is holy to the Lord your God. Do not mourn or weep.” For all the people had been weeping as they listened to the words of the Law. Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Hebrews 12:2 – For the joy set before him, he endured the cross, scorning its shame and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. James 1:2-4 – Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you now that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. Hebrews 12:1 – Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us through off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with PERSEVERANCE the race marked out before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. SERMON POINT #3 – PARTNER WITH GOD IN THE PROCESS Romans 8:28 – And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose.
