Jesus has given His Church a mission. The mission is not just to be a disciple, but a Disciple Maker sharing the Word, sharing Life, Sharing in Mission, and living Sent. Disciples of Jesus are not saved just to be saved, but saved to be sent. We are not to just be disciples, but Disciple Makers. Christmas is the Father on mission, sending His Son empowered by His Spirit, to save the world from the darkness of sin. In this final message in our Advent series we see how sharing in the Mission living Sent reflects the Father's heart.
