Richard Kemp joined Mick Coyle on Liverpool Live where he was asked why Richard Roberts was allowed to stand as a local councillor for the Lib Dems in the Warbreck ward, two weeks after being arrested in a police sting. Roberts was found with 850,000 child porn images and was caught after arranging to meet up with what he believed was a 3 year old girl.
