A new surprising Experiment done by MIT and Nasa can make aircrafts change shape in the air. The way it is shaped is nothing like commercial or regular planes. The wings are made out of many hollow pieces that are compacted. The body is stiff and light which can glide well. The team can program each small component to move, changing the whole shape of the body. This can be very helpful in different conditions. The main place is not made out of regular materials either and makes some of the body hard and some soft. Overall, it is good for missions, because of the shape, flexibility, and endurance.
