After trying to fix all the problems on the station, Chief O'Brien decides to focus on fixing the food replicators so Sisko will get off his @$$ about how his coffee tastes. Unfortunately, the Chief's repairs activate a hidden device that puts a virus in the food which causes those who eat from it to start talking in gibberish (much like Shawn when he hasn't had enough sleep), and it's up to Major Kira and a Bajoran doctor named after a cartoon chihuahua to find the cure. Plus Paul, Andy, and Shawn discuss how the concerns over a viral outbreak mirror what is happening in the U.S.A. right now. How prescient is that?
