FF 233 - No Knock Raids and Prosecutorial Misconduct with Ted Visner

Published: June 19, 2020, 6 a.m.

On today's show John is joined by Ted Visner. Ted was released from a Michigan state prison on May 7, 2020 after having served 2 years. His sentence was the result of a malicious prosecution.

Ted was not permitted to meaningfully participate in his defense. The police, by the direction of the prosecutor – Bernard Coppolino, stole exculpatory evidence from his home to keep this critical defense evidence, (critical evidence being Mr. Visner's Michigan Medical Marihuana Program cards/licensing), from being presented to the jury. He was also the victim of two no knock raids, that destroyed his property.
