This week we watched The Terminator starring Arnold Schwarzenegger (I totally had to look up how to spell his last name, probably not the only one), Linda Hamilton, and Michael Biehn directed and written by James Cameron. I had actually never seen this film until right before we recorded the episode and I actually thought Arnold was a good guy, boy was I wrong. Sorry for the spoiler, but it is 36 years old, there is probably a time limit on spoilers for films and tv shows, I mean I think by now we all know who shot JR. For those of you who don't know, The Terminator is about a human soldier is sent from 2029 (which is coming up, hmmm) to 1984 to stop an almost indestructible cyborg killing machine, sent from the same year, which has been programmed to execute a young woman whose unborn son is the key to humanity's future salvation. I still haven't seen the sequels but I'm sure we will do an episode on them in the future. This film is available to rent on Prime for .99 cents, or you can buy it, who knows, it could be in the Walmart bin.

Planet Hollywood's The Terminator Cocktail:

• 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz white rum
• 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
• 1/2 oz Kahlua
• 2 oz sweet and sour mix
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• Splash of beer

Combine crushed ice with all ingredients, except beer, in a tumbler. Shake. Pour a splash of beer on top and serve with a straw.

• A vehicle is damaged
• There is a flash forward to the future
• The film goes into "Terminator vision"
• Anyone screams/yells
• Anyone is physically injured

Finish your drink:
