Blame Nothing

How often do you blame others or situations or even yourself for a life experience you are having? Do you feel that by blaming something you gain control and power? Blame steals our power and throws us into victim mode. Blame takes the focus away from accountability and creates a situation where solutions and openness are rare if possible at all. Blame is a misguided effort to move away from pain and anger. Blame Nothing is a tool that reminds us to release blame and take responsibility for our reactions and actions. When we are one hundred percent accountable for how we perceive things, we regain control in our lives; we open ourselves to greater opportunities and live from a place of love and flow.
