We\\nall need to laugh more \\u2013 we need to have a \\u201chappy heart.\\u201d Throughout\\nthe Bible we are encouraged to \\u201crejoice,\\u201d to \\u201cbe joyful,\\u201d and to \\u201cbe\\nglad;\\u201d and you will find over 50 direct references to happiness. Being\\nhappy has great benefits. Not only does it strengthen you, it can\\ncompletely change your attitude and outlook on life. Someone once said,\\n\\u201cWhat everyone wants from life is continuous and genuine happiness.\\u201d

The\\ntruth is\\u2026 If you\\u2019re happy, you will know it. And if you know it you\\nwill show it! Research has shown that laughter actually releases\\ntension, anxiety, anger, fear, shame and guilt. Laughter also increases\\nantibodies and is believed to have a protective capacity against\\nviruses, bacteria and other micro-organisms. Both science and the Bible\\nagree that laughter is like a medicine. Studies have shown that\\nlaughter releases endorphins into the body. These substances help\\nrelieve pain and create a sense of well being within us. They also\\nreduce stress, enhance circulation, boost the immune system, and\\nstrengthen the heart. Like a good massage, a hearty belly laugh can\\nstimulate all the major organs in your body. Some say it\\u2019s like an\\ninternal aerobic exercise!
