Eric's cousin Pamela Shandrow talks about her two stints touring North America with a couple of the biggest box-office successes in the history of musical theater.

We mostly talked about "Phantom of the Opera" (where she played Carlotta in 76 performances!) and "Wicked." She lives in NYC city with her two dogs, Sweet Pea and Puddle.
