Born and raised in Liverpool, Peter Hooton co-founded, edited and wrote for the legendary Merseyside fanzine, The End which featured football, music and fashion. John Peel listed it as one of his all-time favorite magazines. During the 1980\\u2019s Hooton was also the co-founder of Liverpool group The Farm who eventually set up their own independent record label Produce Records and went on to score a string of top 40 hits such as "Groovy Train" and the haunting "All Together Now" from the No 1 album "Spartacus" which was released in 1991. The group still perform live throughout the UK and Ireland.
