Welcome to the place where we get to let our geek flags fly and talk about all things geek. Basically a fuzzy guide to life, the universe, and everything but mostly geek stuff. This is a look into the world of geekdom and some geek news, comics, The Simpsons, Star Wars, and whatever randomness finds its way onto the recording. This level of the podcast is a super fun and interesting discussion between Blue and me all about nostalgia. A nostalgic Blue Session if you will all about things that make us nostalgic like old cartoons, games, and movies. Examples include King Arthur and the Knights of Justice, Willow, Bill & Ted\\u2019s Excellent Video Game, Krull, Howard the Duck, Dino Riders, Bucky O\\u2019Hare, E.T., Who Framed Roger Rabbit, The Muppets, Labyrinth, and The Dark Crystal. This discourse of course had to turn to the pros and cons of nostalgia in consumed media. Long story short we discuss shows you maybe never thought you\\u2019d see again allowing one to relive and share experiences/moments of your life. Of course, maybe that means a lack of new original IP, no guarantee of quality or that the content creators appreciated it exactly like you, and toxic fandoms.
