Earlier this year, LatinoJustice PRLDEF and the Southern Center for Human Rights filed a class action lawsuit that challenged what they said was the Georgia Department of Driver\\u2019s Services\\u2019 (DDS) unlawful and discriminatory treatment of Puerto Ricans living in the state.
