Also, an effort to reform law-enforcement-dispatched towing in Missouri has died – at least for this year – but another attempt could be in the offing. A member of Congress from Pennsylvania wants to radically increase your cost of insurance. And a U.S. Senate committee has approved the beginnings of the next highway bill. But how far will it get in Congress?
