Speed camera rules come closer to reality in Pa.

Pennsylvania’s House Transportation Committee has unanimously approved an amended bill to use speed cameras in active work zones on interstates and federal-aid highways. And Wisconsin could soon be added to the growing list of states across the country to call on professional drivers to help curb human trafficking.
