Robots won't take over any time soon

A boost in freight volumes closed out the quarter, creating some momentum moving ahead. A bill in Congress could put many owner-operators out of business. The price of diesel is 25 cents lower than one year ago. And, FMCSA has issued a new rules on hazmat background checks. But did they solve the problems?
