LLN (1/31/20) – IFTA is being tracked by some truckers using their ELD – and in many, if not most cases, it’s going to get them in trouble. We’ll have some advice. Jon Osburn says California is plagued by low freight rates, confusion over independent contractors’ status, a chronic lack of truck parking and split speed limits.
