How to help FMCSA test pausing the hours of service on-duty clock

LLN (9/3/20) – The FMCSA plans to conduct a pilot program to test the benefits of allowing truckers to stop their 14-hour clock for up to three hours. Also, we’ll have the results of Operation Safe Driver Week and information about 2290 receipt delays. Voters will soon decide whether Arkansas continues to collect a sales tax for road work, while a potential public vote on tolls sparks controversy in Oregon. And we’ll have information about a safety technology study, plus COVID-19 vaccinations.
